At the time of booking with HRM Beauty, you are requesting that I reserve my full-time, attention and skill to only you,

In return, you are agreeing to accept the following:

 

Payment:

  • Cash: Envelope, through the door or in the salon

  • Card: (Book Consultation, then come in or call)

  • Bank Transfer: Account Number: 90056731 Sort Code: 20-26-21

  • Paypal: (pay via person, not business or PayPal fees will apply) hrmbeauty@yahoo.com

  • 10% gratuity is recommended; it is not included in the treatment cost.

 

  • New Clients/Parties: 50% in advance.

  • Appointments over £100 are to be paid for at the time of booking.

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year, subject to availability.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel a booking, please give a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

The week before Christmas will be 100% payable at the time of booking and non-refundable.

If you owe HRM Beauty money, you agree to pay within 7 days and will NOT ask HRM Beauty for 'special treatment',

whatever the circumstances. Card Capture features will apply if no payment is received.

 

Under 48 hours’ notice, you are subject to pay for:

48 hours notice reschedule or cancellation: 25%

24 hours notice reschedule or cancellation: 50%

No Show or on the day: 100%

 

Appointments over £75:

Re-scheduling: 25%

Cancelling: 50%

Cancelling within one week: 100%

 

HRM Beauty has the right to refuse or cancel a treatment at any point for inappropriate behaviour or

If you arrive with contagious, i.e. flu-like symptoms, a cancellation fee will apply

 

General:

Appointments may be adjusted by up to 15 minutes to minimise gaps in the schedule.

 

Parental permission is required in writing for all those under 16 years of age. (Forms provided)

 

It is the client's responsibility to keep contact and payment details up to date.

 

Be advised that I DO NOT provide "extras" in massage. HRM Beauty is NOT for sexual gratification

Communication is recorded, and multiple inappropriate requests will be passed on to the relevant authorities

 

HRM Beauty is not responsible for any lost or broken personal items. Also, personal injury on-site. i.e getting on/off the couch, trips, walking on and off-site.

 

Only clients are permitted in the salon. No children/pets unless they are the client.

 

Patch Tests:

Any product used for treatment may cause a reaction. If required, please request at least 72 hours in advance

 

Patch tests are required on lash treatments, tinting and waxing at least 72 hours before treatment.

Arranging a patch test is not the responsibility of HRM Beauty; treatments taken are at your own risk

Toilets:

Toilet facilities are in my home. Please use your own facilities before you arrive to avoid delays.

 

Refunds:

If a refund is required for courses/packages, then it is calculated minus discounts applied when booking

It will be refunded to your bank within 28 days of supplied bank details

 

No refunds will be offered after your appointment.

 

If you are not happy with a treatment;

You will be offered the next availability to return for correction.

Due to product failure: reduced charge, if stated in the appointment.

Personal change of mind: a 10-minute massage may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.

Infectious Diseases:

Please allow a min 14 days before booking in. Please seek medical advice. Cancellation policies still apply.

 

Privacy Policy:

Your personal details are not shared or sold. Unless requested by the police or your medical practitioner.

You are sent a confirmation email and a reminder text/email when making an appointment via an automated booking system.

 

Competition Winners/Offers/ Discount Cards/Vouchers:

All other Terms & Conditions apply

 

Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year

 

Cannot be used with any other offer

 

Loyalty Points must be redeemed during ‘off-peak’ times. 12pm-6pm.

 

Subject to availability. Cards/Prizes can be used/claimed 12 pm - 6 pm Monday - Friday. (Excluding bank holidays)

 

If trading with HRM Beauty and a gift voucher has been issued, you are required to cover the product cost of 50% of the treatment (excludes massage).
